Purchase "Allotments" in residential districts for gardening

Much like how players can purchase apartments to have their own internal space, it would be great if we could purchase allotments to have our own external space. Not only would it be another means of people showcasing their creativity with beautiful garden spaces, but it would be super useful for players who actually want to experience the Gardening system of growing their own items without having to purchase a plot of land for a house, which as we all know, has become a growing issue with servers' growing populations and limited plots.
