Cracked Novacluster does not drop from daily roulettes

Hey, can you please look into this? My friend also noticed it happens to them as well sometimes.

Date & Time: 7 02pm CET
Frequency: I seen it happen a couple of times
In-game time: 12 00 am
Daily roulette: Alliance raid
Steps:
1. Queued for Alliance raid, which should give 1 novacluster (based on the rewards section of the description)
2. Went through the raid, got no cluster
3. Sometimes it drops sometimes it doesn't. It happened to me both when I was job in need and when I was not. Would be good if this would be fixed since only leveling and alli raid has these as rewards from the daily roulette.

Same thing happened to me, twice now, both on Alliance raid. Just double checked to see if it would happen again, and sure enough, no cracked Novacluster drop. Sad bun :(
