A Feature to keep people on topic within the forums

I think we need some kind of system where the thread creator can force people to stay on the topic instead of having some people pretending to be on-topic but actually being bad actors and trying to derail a topic, I think this has happened in my threads at least once, since I've started actively posting again, and it gets kind of annoying, not simply for myself but seeing it in other threads I might read as well.

Whether it's some way to call a moderator to a thread and have them read over the thread topic and then direct them to the problematic poster whose post is more aimed at another poster or doesn't actually show they are talking about the actual topic needs to be in place,

or something where the thread creator can eject posts that aren't on topic with moderators checking to make sure the thread creator isn't just ejecting people's post because they don't like their point of view.

There needs to be more moderation.

However, anything that is player/thread owner oriented is a bad decision, really.
