penalty removed when?

so allow me to explain I am honestly just tired to have warrior make me feel legit useless and tired of encountering that class in roulette so give me a way to not be mix with them or remove penalty when the tank is a warrior I would want to only dps I will go play dps

Your lack of commitment is not our problem. If you want to be weird like that use duty support/trusts. It's there for a reason.

Healing in FF14 bloody sucks, at this point why do healers even exist in normal content?
