A Relic Reborn and Primals in A Realm Reborn

I am concerned about how the Relic Reborn quest will be handled in A Realm Reborn, specifically the portion concerning the defeat of Ifrit and Garuda. Since it has been said that the Primals will be free-roaming world spawns instead of instanced fights, and the defeated Primals will be unavailable to fight again until after they are summoned or released, it seems that a step that can be attempted immediately and continuously in the current version may become a nightmare of a bottleneck for Relic seekers in the new version.

Will the quest be reworked somehow? Will the instanced fights remain available in some form for Relic seekers? Or will we be forced to compete for a chance at a single Primal spawn? If anyone has seen mention of how this situation might be handled, please post.

I am going to be completely selfish here, but I hope they make it super easy and not so much luck base.

Then maybe toss in some brand new weapons that are 50x better which takes a long period of time, but requires beating a bunch of monsters.

Also they won't be free-roaming world spawns. That was corrected in a recent interview. As far as having to wait to attempt the fight until winning free company summons the primal, that part does concern me ><
