PCT and RDM autoattack damage is always 1

auto attack damage for RDM and PCT is capped at 1 damage per hit, much like BLM prior to 7.0. BLM damage is still capped at 1 damage per hit, not sure if intentional.

other casters were tested (whm, ast, sch, sge, smn), all of which still have normal autoattack damage.

test was conducted by right clicking on a level 60 testing dummy placed in a house garden.
