Suggestion: Levequest fish needed from Fishing Retainers

I noticed recently that none of the level 91 to 100 fish available from fishing retainers can be used in any levequests. I can't remember any previous expansion having this issue.

I like to use my fishing retainer to mass-catch leve fish that I can turn in to progress on the 5000 field craft leves achievement and I'd prefer to do it with new fish, but now I may have to continue doing so on Endwalker fish. Since fishing retainers can only catch fish for CUL crafts and GC turn-ins at the moment, I feel that fishing retainers are even less useful than they were before.

The leve fish are coming from the 18 hour Waterside Exploration ventures.
