They're perfectly fine. No, the devs don't need to change anything.
If they really wanna pander to people who's having a nightmarish time, maybe put an optional setting that sets the said dungeon's difficulty to "Very Easy" like solo encounters but limit them to trusts or other players with the same setting in the Duty Finder.
