Have expressions last indefinitely when standing still

So, I understand why having expressions last longer than five seconds during gameplay would be a bad idea and look weird, but a lot of time expressions aren't really noticeable when used even when just idly chatting cause they last such a short time. My suggestion is that expressions (similar to other persistent emotes like certain dances and stuff) should last indefinitely until your player moves, so they have more use and are more noticeable when you're chatting with friends in-game.
