Have you tried posting this advert on the FFXIV recruitment reddit, the reddit recruit discord, the xivrecruit website, The Balance discord's recruit section, or any of the numerous PUG discords? Which is where most people post these things.
Occasionally people post them in the form of CWLS on SE's community finder website as well.
