Steel Scale Mail doesn't dye properly since Dawntrail.

Ever since the patch several parts of the iron scale mail now stay grey regardless of dye used, it didn't work like this in the previous expansions. The red circled parts in the 7.0 part of the image are the parts that don't reflect dye anymore. It's mainly some straps and the neckpiece that don't show your dyed color anymore.

EDIT: just realized the title says the name of the wrong piece, it's the iron scale mail and not steel scale mail.
