Mount Tilt not working on PS5

Not sure if this is the right place for this or if another post has already been made. I play on PS5 and I’ve noticed the hyped up “mount tilt” feature only works maybe half of the time. I can use the same mount at different times and it’s 50/50 on whether mount tilt will be working or not. It doesn’t matter what zone, and it’s the same when visiting other worlds. I have a friend who also plays on PS5 and they have the same issue, and I’ve seen posts on Reddit and other sites complaining about the same thing.

This is not included in the Known Issues section for the 7.0 and 7.01 patch notes.
