Crafting crystals need adjustments

As far as I see it, crafting crystals where added as a way to lower the amount of gil crafters make and a way for gatherers to make gil.

But as of today Crystals are not worth it for gatherers and are primarily gathered by bots, this means that we have a mechanic in game that is only an annoyance for crafters and strengthens RMT because bots are the primary group of "people" who earn Gil from it.

I think there needs to be some adjustment to this decade old system, either by adding more ways to get them, increase the yield, make it harder to bot, make it more fun to gather, something.
