Steps:
1. Began Recipe for Ra'Kaznar Ring of Gathering and Thunderyards Silk Culottes of Gathering by using Final Appraisal to get the progress 1 away from complete
2. At the end of the recipe, used level 100 action Trained Perfection while at durability 10 or less to use one more Hasty Touch for additional quality (unsure if this affects the bug)
3. Used Basic Synthesis to complete the recipe, at which point the craft failed when it should have completed
