I'm not sure this is a bug and am curious if other are having the issue.
In tuliyollal the background music is good. Then I go talk to a quest giver and it switches to the quest dialogue type cutscene. I thought it just didn't have BGM but it seems if I turn up the volume a lot there is actually some music. I was doing the crafter/gathering quests in Wachumeqimeqi when I noticed there is actually BGM during the dialogue but it was just very low.
