Viper and Skill Speed

As of 7.0 I have accumulated all the potential sources of skillspeed for Viper as just a fun side project. The upmost is 2828, although the speed tier to get the 1.5 second speed for Generations 1 to 4 is exactly 2816.

For what I had to get this was:

Titanium Gold Saberfangs [HQ] (Melded with two Savage Might X)

Black Star Visor of Scouting [HQ] (Melded with two Quickarm X)

Vanguard Bolero of Scouting (Melded with two Savage Might X)

Neo Kingdom Gloves of Scouting (Melded with one Quickarm XII and one Savage Might XII)

Sarcent Slops of Scouting [HQ] (Melded with two Savage Might XII)

Viper's Leg Guards (Melded with a Quickarm XII and a Quickarm VII)

Neo Kingdom Earrings of Aiming (Melded with a Quickarm XII)

Skydeep Necklace of Aiming (Melded with a Savage Might X)

Origenics Ring of Aiming (Melded with a Quickarm X)

Epochal Ring of Aiming (Melded with a Quickarm XII)

Meal = Mesquite Soup (HQ)

The following cooldowns are with the gear and meal and swiftskin buff:

Dread Fang and Steel Fang combos = 1.88

Reawaken = 1.66

Generations = 1.50

Ouroboros = 2.26

Hunter's Coil and Swiftskin's Coil = 2.26

Uncoiled Fury = 2.64

As for the minimum these can reach so far, after synching down to Final Coil of Bahamut - Turn 4:

Dread Fang and Steel Fang combos = 1.77

Reawaken = 1.56

Generations = 1.50

Ouroboros = 2.13

Hunter's Coil and Swiftskin's Coil = 2.19

Uncoiled Fury = 2.48

These are all bound to change with 7.01 with The Arcadion coming out. Most likely 0.01 to 0.02 shaved off a couple of the cooldowns except Generation.

That is indeed fast.
Though I imagine it isn't optimal at all, if not detrimental lol

Yeah, you're losing a ton of better stats by going fast and the cd of dreadwinder doesn't even scale off of skill speed.

Yeah I mostly just used it for practicing rotation and therefore being exposed to viper's unique form of gameplay more often. Can easily transfer the skill built up to a slower version.
