Live Letters from the Producer

I would like more of these live letters to be done; it would be nice to have about 2 a year. What do you guys think?

Maybe for this year the first live letter could come once the servers are taken down to prepare for 2.0.

I do enjoy the Live Letters. (would like it even more if I could understand japanses)
I think it would be fun to have one more before "2.0/A Realm Reborn".

I love the live letters! I think we are over due for another one.

While I appreciate the effort that goes into a live letter, I'd prefer a well published static post supported by plenty of media (both videos and screencaps). This way every person gets to see and read all of the information at the same time -- rather than waiting for an extended length translation or even an informal one (which often times gets mistranslated anyway).

Furthermore, this topic has come up before and people claim that "Yoshi feels motivated to simply show us whatever he wants to show us" which is definitely not true. While the live letters have elements of impulsiveness; Yoshi has boundaries and clearly knows what he wants prepared to show before hand. Thus a well typed out and structured producer letter (extra long) would be far more beneficial and easier to manage.

Remember; just because it's live doesn't mean it's better.

I like this ^^

Not to mention on most any live interaction with developers alot of questions are just skipped because they can't/won't answer or promise that. Its a reflection on our Gamer past as to why its that way now. Just because you have them on the other end live doesn't mean they are gonna answer the question anymore then they might here. Or in a well written post.
