lvl 100 treasure chests abysmal drop rates

Just did 50 (yes 50) Bráaxskin Maps with 2 separate groups. Not a single special drop (Modern Aesthetics or orchestrion) appeared. This is beyond insane. I did maps at the beginning of Endwalker where the Pixie wings dropped once every 10 chests and something else exciting dropped every 4-5 chests.

Are you trying to create fake scarcity of cosmetics or did someone forget to add a 0 to a drop rate? This is disrespectful to people's time and efforts. No wonder the hair costs 9M in the MB because people have to grind 2 days to see one.

You're just unlucky. The droprate'll be higher when map dungeons are opened up again.

I also remember running maps at the beginning of Endwalker and some evenings we'd get only one portal or two to open...it was bad. It will change along the way.

I did it with my FC and we got the hair on Chest #2 and the next 18 didn't drop anything. We came out of that feeling pretty okay I think. lol

They are meant to be really abysmal atm since the main attraction of doing maps with others, the map dungeons, isn't out yet. I legitimately didn't know people were actually doing these in a group already; was forcing a friend of mine to duo a few (a tank and a red mage combo) just to see what would drop and got at least one hair.
