My SO and I have been playing this game since 2.0 launch and now I can't play with them unless they make a new ACCOUNT and start over completely. 10 years of gains and progress taken away because they chose to move from Canada to US. Ive seen the posts of people who are worse off, can't play just because of where they are in the world.
Either allow players to change the Country part of the address in their account, or actually hire a processing company that can do its job. I mean come on you lost Visa payments in recent updates. SE is forcing 3rd party work arounds just to give them money. Its hilarious and I'm not stupid enough to do it.
We recieved SE's response of "just make a new account". Ignoring 10 years of gains in the game, they expect us to just BUY EVERYTHING again. Get your ducks in a row SE, this is pathetically corporate.

We apologize for any inconvenience that has occurred when playing Final Fantasy XIV. Unfortunately, the issue you are describing does not appear to be a technical issue. I will go ahead and move this thread to “General Discussion" instead. As the previously mentioned, if the issue you are describing is with regards to the Debit payment issues the fix should be implemented later this month.
