Female Hrothgar clipping through ground during cutscene

Hello,

Im a new player of FFxiv and I started to play as a female hrothgar during my time through shadowbringers. My experience was going well until there was a certain cutscene with Ardbert at the crystarium. Where my character clips almost all the way through the wood and Ardbert is just looking down. Sadly, this wasn't the only time of this issue. Another cutscene showed my character not fully on the ground in Mt. Gulg, however most of the cutscene were at least good. I know that this is in fact a new race, but this issue will become a problem in the future.

1. Have a female Hrothgar character
2. first go to the Pendents to rewatch the cutscene as a female hrothgar in the crystarium
3. Watch Extinguishing The Last Light cutscene #7
4. Watch In his Garden cutscene #1

You can rewatch the cutscene with the Book you have at every Inn by knowing the name of the Quest
