Playing on two platforms

Can I play with one service account on multiple platforms? Like say windows and playstation 5?

Yes. You can access the same service account on any platform you have the game installed on.

You just need to buy the PS5 Version from the PS Store (or the plattform you wish) and link to your FFXIV Account, then you can play on both plattforms.
