Client-Side Housing Mansion [Not Server Side]

Personally, if I could get a house that was just for me to visit, a full mansion (large) house, and it's only accessible by me, I would stop bidding on personal houses.

I'm not saying do away with the existing system, not at all. In fact keep the old system.

I want to build a large house with the items that I can export from my server-side items to a client-side housing where I can visit and maybe even walk through when queues are too long.

I realize Yoshi P wants the community feel to remain, so keep that. But if I was one less person bidding on those houses that you want to bid on, your odds will increase in owning one.

The way I see it, I can always take video of me walking through the house, show it on YouTube, stream it on Twitch or Discord, and that's all that people need to see. It's a great way to show off your house without needing to burden the servers.

Let's face it: the housing problem will never be solved as long as more people play the game, so why not offer the opportunity to have a mansion for yourself without having to compete for server space.

If you just want a mansion to yourself why not just move to Golem?

SE isn't happy with the part of the player base that already modifies the game's art assets in questionable ways and then share it online. They're not likely to offer something that will make that even easier to create.

If you want to build a spectacular mansion on your client that's just for you to enter, try something like The Sims. A quick google search shows that there are some housing design games even for mobile phones, making it easy to create the house of your dreams while you wait in queue.
