Question for "Legacy" qualified members

I am one as well and check my email daily (not necessarily for email from SE) and haven't come across the email that directs us on how to get our name in the credits. I remember reading that it will be up to the member if they want their name in the credits. Has anyone got any information on this that they can pass?

I've sent an E-MAil to the Support-team and got an answer..
