Why i can’t sub for Retainers service?

As you see the title

When I click on next , it always returns me to the same page
I can’t subscribe i’m stuck in the same page


With only this msgs
Do i need to wait for my sub end , and then i can sub for the game time and retainers service together??

Experiencing the same issue. Tried a different browser, even tried it on my phone. Nothing seems to be working.

So it’s not only me who have this problem
I think the problem is the store , it’s not even working
It’s have been now more than 3 months
