Congestion lockdown on LOW que servers.

Dear Square Enix please FIX the congestion Lockdown on Omega. We haven't be able to make any new characters on this server since before Dawntrail Prelaunch even though we since BEFORE the 2of July haven't seen Ques that even broke 100 and for the last FIVE days never above 70. I have been sitting getting up at 3AM GMT since Friday the 5th of July to try and see if the server opened up in the time window YOU you self say we should try. IN this time period we never have any ques but we still are prevented from making new characters on the Server.
