Steps:
1. Be on the level 94 Tank Role Quest "Between Sleep and Death"
2. Progress in quest to "Speak with Firmalbert in Ishgard."
3. Go to x: 11.0 y: 11.5
4. See Tentoawa's sword and shield model in the street.
5. The sword and shield model is also at x: 13.3 y: 11.0, upstairs, in its proper spot.
