directx error 110000002 at specific cutscene (the game is afoot)

Hello I keep encountering a directx error 110000002 at the same cut scene during a specific quest, The Game is Afoot. (where you go on the hunt with Wuk Lamat). The window appears with the error and the game crashes and completely shuts down.

I do not know why this is happening and only during the exact same moment during this solo instance. In every other aspect of the game it works fine I do not encounter this error at all anywhere else.

Anyone else encounter this and any advice on how I can proceed? Until this is resolved I cannot progress in the game.

Windows 10 pro
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3770 CPU @ 3.40GHz 3.40 GHz
RAM 16 gb

so was able to resolve this issue by downloading software to completely scrub my pc of all prior Graphics card drivers and remaining saved data (https://www.guru3d.com/download/disp...ller-download/)

Then did a clean install of NVIDIA driver 471.96.

Was able to progress thru the quest and it is working better then before.
