Sphere Scroll infusion rate error

Steps:
1. Interact with Hubairtin, obtain Sphere Scroll by trading 3 Superior Enchanted Ink
Sphere Scroll Thyrus was obtained for this case
2. Obtain Alexandrite and a collection of grade I materia
3. Observe infusion rate for the first Heavens' Eye Materia I is 72%.
4. If successfully infused, infusion rate for the second materia appears to correctly decrement to 60%, and is possible to fail.

Expected behavior: The first six materia of any kind infused into a sphere scroll should infuse at a rate of 100%. Observed infusion rate of Quicktongue Materia I, Piety Materia I, Savage Might Materia I, and Savage Aim Materia I are all correctly listed at 100%.

Additional behavior: Infusing one Heavens' Eye Materia I will behave as if it is the 10th such materia infused, and the second will infuse at a rate of 60%. Successfully infusing the second Heavens' Eye Materia I will behave as if it is the 11th, and will prevent all further infusion of Heavens' Eye Materia I. The third infusion will require a Heavens' Eye Materia II, which correctly infuses at a rate of 100%
