Remove ARR requirements to unlock hunts

I've got 2,500 hours in FF14 and apparently never unlocked hunts.

I've come to find out that I don't have access to hunts in Dawntrail. The only way to resolve this is to go all the way back to ARR and Gridania, spamming Squadron dailies until I reach level 40 missions to unlock my next rank of First Serpent Lieutenant. Squadron dailies are very old and not fun design- they were archaic in 2013, let alone 11 years later in 2024.

I also thought I was at max Serpent rank all these years because it says "You have reached the maximum allowable rank." This is kind of poor English as it doesn't accurately describe the situation.

I don't think it makes sense to force someone to spend week/s doing 11 year old ARR squadron dailies just to unlock hunts so they can access current content. We're already gated behind MSQ- doing so for hunts seems like a huge oversight.

What? You need Second Lieutenant, not First. First Lieutenant and Captain are completely optional. The only things you get from going further is being able to buy Captain Weapons, the Lieutenant Hat/Coat, the company's 2 Orchestrion Rolls, Company Aetheryte Tickets, and the Materiel Containers that have a 0.001% chance to have a Night Pegasus Whistle in them.
To do this, you need to complete your Rank 1 and Rank 2 Company Hunting Logs, as well as Shadows Uncast (Dzemael Darkhold) and Gilding the Bilious (The Aurum Vale).
While it's annoying to get all of this done quickly as a new player or someone who bought a story skip, it takes less than 2 hours to farm up the seals needed to buy yourself through the ranks and unsync the 2 dungeons.

Just start "Let the Hunt Begin" at your Grand Company's city, and boom. Now you can do the HW hunt unlock chain, and then unlock the Stormblood, Shadowbringers, Endwalker, and Dawntrail hunt boards.
