Quick Notch decription conflict

Hi, sorry if this is a repeat notice, but i don't think I could find a thread about this (or at least couldn't find one easily)

Both in game and on the Job guide page there is a text description conflict with the proc percentage chance for Hawkeye between the tooltip description of Quick Notch and the level 25 trait Enhanced Quick Notch. Quick notch says there's a 20% proc chance while the trait says its a 35% chance. According to the job guide it seems like the 20% chance in the tool tip is the correct one based on the pop up when you hover over the revision window.
