Dunesfolk, gems, and Folklore

I want to know if there is any quest or anything that tells the way how Dunesfolk lalafells stick those gems on their foreheads so tight they dont fell... Any clue?, it could be a tortuous ceremony of any kind or such x,X im curious about it.

Add some quests that tell the meaning behind some such vage details on diferents race would be sweet.

I have no idea, but I just had to say this is the cutest question ever asked. lol
