Which part does MIND affects Paladin's DMG?

Does Mind stat affects Normal Attack? or does it affect some Weapon Skillz??

Actually that changed when they increased the stat caps. Applys to all melee classes.

^ Didn't a Dev specifically say it strongly modifies our enmity combo? I've only heard rumors of this post not seen it with mine own eyes.
