Lancer weapons dissapeared

So today i decided to hop on my lancer and noticed I didnt have any weapons on me, I checked my 2 retainers and noticed they had my low level lances but not my mains. I played on my lancer alot so I know I had them in there. Missing was my Canopus Guisarme from the "Into the Dark" quest and my Champions lance. Those arent the only weapons I had but they are the ones I used. I also noticed that at least so far it was only my lancer weapons that were affected, and only the ones that were in my inventory at the time as none in my retainers were missing. I dont know if it was a side effect of the 1.23 patch or from reactivating my character after the world transfers. Does anyone have any ideas as to what happened and what I can do?
