i preordered the expansion, and even got all the rewards and played the expansion all the way up till this morning. Im level 100 did all the stuff, then logged in today and my account says i no longer have access to the expansion. Help please.

My dawntrail is missing too :(
Early release access is complete. Check for an email from SE, I got mine on July 2. It should have an access code you can put in on mogstation or in the launcher.
Gotta enter your full game code, it's different than the early access code and was delivered later
Did you actually register the full expansion code or just the Early Access?

Unfortunately, the issue you are describing is something we are not able to assist with in the Technical Support Forums. As the account in question is North American in region, we advise to contact the North American Support Center. As previously mentioned the FINAL FANTASY: Dawntrail Early Access period has ended, if you have not registered the full expansion registration code you may have lost access to Dawntrail content.
