Ultimate Omega Viper/picto weapon exists, but no normal?

So I was looking at some things
There is an edenmorn viper/picto weapon, because the next ultimate raid is eden
There is an Ultimate Omega viper/picto weapon, but no savage omega version.
No other ultimate weapons for either, which is understandable but still, when I saw people with the ultimate viper weapon I was excited to open a spare coffer I had to get the normal one because I like the omega weapons but to my dismay there was none. The model exists in the game already, what gives?

I was wondering if this is how they're going to go going forward, just give the effect version so they don't have to make 2 sets of weaponry with 2 sets of stats (which could be the main reason why they've done it this way for Omega)

They better make a moggle and byakko version for the picto weapons. Seeing how both of those themes are featured heavily in picto.

if this was the case why is there normal eden weapons for both of them

a bunch of weps from the benchmark are missing, alexandrian, dreadwyrm to name a couple

Bermuda Triangle/deep dungeon drops maybe? I can't think of why else they'd design, model, texture, and animate(in the case of VPR) the weapons and make them available in the benchmark but not the actual game.

I can't think of a reason they'd do it either, but they did it. Load up the benchmark and look for yourself, a ton of weapons are missing, including the normal Omega ones.
