[7.0] Tell/Whisper Chat Persistence

In 6.X and before, /tell chat was persistent upon hitting the enter key with the individual you were sending tells to. Now, in 7.0, /tell chat is reset to the last previous non-tell chat channel (/say, /fc, /party, etc.) after sending a message.

3. Press Enter
4. Watch chat reset back to /party, /s, /alliance, /fc, etc. in step 1 instead of persistently remaining on Test Player@Behemoth
