PS5 - Post Dawntrail - Graphics Strain on Console

Steps:
1. When operating FFXIV Dawntrail, the PS5 begins to overheat. It will sometimes display the overheat warning on the screen, other times it just shuts off.
2. When changing the screen settings, it helps the system run for a longer time, but the system still ends up overheating. (reduced resolution, HZ, frame rate, HDR off, etc).
3. Reducing all settings in game (water reflections, etc) helps for a while, but still the console will get too hot.
4. I have cleaned and dusted out my console physically to the best of my ability without voiding the warranty seal, but it does not help.
5. All other applications and games on the console work just fine, with 120hz open, higher than 1440 resolution, HDR on, 60fps or higher.

My console had zero issue running FFXIV before the Dawntrail patch, and since the Dawntrail patch the game is hardly playable and I am concerned about damage to my actual console when trying to operate the app. I will have to unsubscribe/request a refund if I can not even operate the game (this isnt meant to come off as a harsh line or a threat, im just one subscriber, but the point is if the game doesnt work, i cant justify paying for it). It doesn't make sense that all other games can play and perform at a higher graphical demand and cause no issue to my systems performance or heat, but now all of a sudden this expansion is causing issues.
