Unable to access additional Retainer

Since the recent update I have been unable to access my additional Retainer. It cancelled the subscription I had for my retainer by itself and when I try to reinstate the subscription, clicking accept and continue, it just takes me back to the main retainer purchase page without acknowledging my purchase. I have emailed support and done the following steps also but still no success.

To try and resolve this issue, please follow the steps below:

- If you are currently visiting another World, please return to your Home World.
- Once you've returned to your Home World, log out of the game.
- Log back into the game and use the Summoning Bell to see if your retainer can now be summoned.

If you're still unable to access your retainer after following the above steps, I would suggest speaking to one of the Retainer Vocate NPCs located in each of main cities (Ul'dah, Limsa Lominsa, Gridania, Ishgard, Kugane, The Crystarium and Old Sharlayan).
