Objects that emit light flickering while moving

I was playing dawntrail early access just fine, but when I got on around 12-1pm est on 07/02/2024, I started noticing this weird issue where objects that emit light flicker when I move. Example 1 & 2

It occurs with and without AA on, happens with freesync on and off. Tried a different monitor. Tried both windows 10 and 11. I've made sure drivers were up to date and even tried different drivers. Tried a different GPU. Repaired, reinstalled, and even reset my pc yet the issue persisted.
