Please add Action Change Setting for Inner Release/Primal Wrath

I just reached level 96 in WAR, and so far it is not satisfying at all to use the same keypress for both Inner Release and Primal Wrath. I was even more disappointed to learn that the actions couldn't be separated, which is odd because action change can be disabled for other abilities such as Living Shadow / Disesteem, Bloodfest / Reign of Beasts, and Fight or Flight / Goring Blade. Could this option please be added later?

Yeah, we should be able to separate out Primal Wrath. There are lots of similar skills, but I guess Primal Wrath was overlooked because you have to build up stacks.
