Not every class in this game needs to be dead simple. Let us have some complexity.
Viper already has very little in the way of complexity and is incredibly easy. Changing the job will only make it worse.
Imagine me as a DRG im fucking pissed dragoon now is a fucking DRK rotation they give everything they have and they MUST give everything they have in 20 sec and then nothing you do your gcd popping geirskogul is the exact same fucking thing as popping Delirium and I hate it at this point remove DRG gauge it serve literally no purpose DRG dosent have Eyes to manage
I find the announced changes are good.

You haven't done any content above the occasional normal raid on your main. Tells us all we need to know. You're either a troll or a bot.
No, it is incredibly relevant. Quite often the content one does will reflect their knowledge about how the game works, as such knowledge only really becomes necessary at higher levels of play. As such, one can conclude that your belief that the changes are good should be weighted less heavily than those with more experience and investment in the game as you are far more likely to lack the understanding of the nuance behind how the game works. Pointing out a difference in experience is not toxic, it's life. Ignoring that and trying to treat every voice as equally valid for every possible topic is an absurd notion.
No, it's not relevant. You just want to use that assumption to support your poor argument. You are not pointing out inexperience or experience. You are calling others bots or trolls for no other reason than to put people down and harass them.
The changes are overall good as Viper will still be a relevant job but be more accessible by a wider audience.
It's not an assumption. You simply don't have as much ground to stand on as others. That's not necessarily a bad thing in most cases, but when discussing potential decisions or changes it does become a problem.
Accessibility is not an inherent good on its own. Not every job can, or even should, be for every player. For example, I can't play casters to save my life, and as such, I simply lurk and gladly let people who actually understand casters have the discussions. I suggest others adopt the same philosophy.
I have all the ground to stand on. You're just making a judgement to authority fallacy to shut down an opposing opinion for no other reason than an ASSUMED lack of knowledge.
Accessibility is inherently good since thats what the most successful mmos appeal to. Both WoW and XIV do this and its given them both alot of success. PvP is another example in ffxiv where the accessibility changes by compacting al;l the skills to just a few buttons caused it to be more popular.
If you disagree, thats fine but it doesnt change the fact that many players spoke out about Viper being too problematic and thus we are getting changes that are ultimately for the better of this games longevity.
