Wachumeqimeqi 'A Discerning Eye' popup text error

In the Wachumeqimeqi delivery quest 'A Discerning Eye', clicking on the quest text in the duty list and selecting gathering location in the popup while at level 91 miner causes the text "You must be at level 90 or above to open this treasure map" to pop up on the screen. This is not a treasure map and I am at level 90 or above. Doing it as a level 93 botanist produces the expected behavior and opens the world map to show the correct location.

Wanted to add I'm experiencing the same error as my MIN on Ultros. Level 91. Wife said she was able to also open this on her BTN with no problem.
