Massive eye strain after Dawntrail graphics update

Date & Time: ever since the early release of Dawntrail
Frequency: continuous, ongoing
World name: All worlds
Character name: Drast Vyrkasch (irrelevant)
Steps:
1. Log in
2. Look at the graphics
3. Get eye strain/migraine/head ache

The only reason I'm posting this here is due to official support asking me to. This issue has been ongoing ever since the Dawntrail graphics update went live and people suffering from it have reported it for every platform: PS4, PS5, desktop PC, laptop PC, etc.
