Action level sync

Since dungeons are ridiculously easy even with level sync, can we ease some of the pain of level sync by untying it from actions a bit already?

Like let all the current level sync values remain and adjust your stats accordingly and ilvl sync does it's thing where applicable but in dungeon content actions sync separately as well, much like role actions currently ignore level sync. (e.g. You can Rescue in Sastasha once you have it unlocked.)

Proposal is this

30 and below get level 30 kits (this is an important milestone in leveling and I think it's less volatile than having a level 50 kit in Sastasha lol)
49 and below get level 50 kits (AOEs for healers in stone vigil!)
50 (Post ARR) gets 60 kits (Less time spent in 30/50 rotations while still getting to do ARR content)
51-59 (HW) gets 60 kits (Play the expansion with the content designed for it.. seriously I understand the learning progression but this always bugged me.)
60 (Post HW) gets 70 kits (Get to warm up for SB, less time stuck at 60 kit.. the less amount of time you stay at lower level actions the better I think, the content needs to lean towards letting you have lots of places to play with your new toys!)

I hope you can see the pattern now?
The only pushback I can imagine other than wasting dev time or thinking it's a bad idea is "it'll make the old content easier" but like.. yeah. I dunno how much easier it can get. But I know even the people trying out the new DPSes aren't happy playing copperbell mines. I know because I tanked for them and they waited 90 minutes to have 1 button to play with.

30/50/60/70/80/90/100 kits
Next expac's kits become available in last expac's post dungeons

Leave trials and other stuff that is part of MSQ as is unless people also are not happy about what kits they have to use

I'd also settle for only the ARR parts happening even without 60 kits in 50s, just 30 and below actions for baby dungeons and getting more options in the mid 30-40 progression.

Surely people are tired of being level 17 or 42 at random when just trying to do a daily roulette when they're already playing level 90+ content.

I want to say I've always enjoyed adjusting to the differences in levels but I've been told I'm crazy for it. Especially with BLM. So my feelings will not be hurt if none of this ever happens. But I think it's an improvement to the game.
