Wireless Controller lagging

I am playing on PC with a controller, and ever since Dawntrail launch, I have noticed when in certain areas, Tulliyolal, Gridania or crowded areas, that my controller starts to lag for some reason. When I tab through menus, sometimes it hangs and keeps scrolling on its own. Same with moving camera around, or moving character. She just keeps on walking for a bit and then stops.

When I teleport out to world maps, dungeons or instanced areas, I have yet to notice anything like this. Does anyone have similar issues or know if this is a known bug/issue?

Playing in any cities like crafting is super annoying as my button presses doesnt always register and i click another ability and it messes up my craft :/
