Update keeps stalling

The update is taking absolutely forever. Its been going for an hour now and its only at about 28%. On top of that, I have to keep cancelling and restarting it because it stops downloading every few minutes. It keeps UPLOADING, but it wont download.

got it to work but its going very slow

same. I managed to get up to 96.1, but it has been stalling to 0% for long periods of time the whole time, and is currently stalled now.

Can we haz manual patch download?

I've been attempting to download the patch for four and a half hours now and I'm at 63%, this is getting ridiculous. My upload speed is consistently up, but my download speed fluctuates at a very low speed and then continuously drops to zero. My download speed on normal things is between 800KB and 1MB. Why is this so awful?

I have been downloading for 6 hours now and still at 65%
