The Tempest Graphical Error

Teleport to the Ondo Cups.
Fly towards the Tempest.
Upon approach, buildings and surrounding environment are oddly grey and blanked out.
The 'fog' at the base of The Tempest is black.
Weird 'lines' like a bar code appear where there should be a texture or fog.

Frequency: Visited Tempest 3 times in the space of a few hours. Repeatable for myself, Elodin (present in the video), and a third friend.

Additional Information:

When teleporting with that 'barcode' in sight. It will flash rapidly, which could potentially trigger a seizure in someone.

It also, in some areas, outlines hair and feathers with a white-greenish outline.

I can’t say I’ve noticed the graphics issues with the environment, but I have encountered the same hair glitching. I’ve included my own photos here (it also seems to affect glasses).
