I was about to post something. They better put the download up soon so it won't be so congested at once....

Yeah I just checked myself. Still, 2 hours before the servers are back up, still plenty of time, besides MMO patches usually go on longer than scheduled. FFXIV is actually pretty on time with them compared to some.

I'm used to 6+ hour downtimes, and possible rollbacks each patch. this is cake.

So used to logging out near an NM spawn point prior to maint, and then gogogogo to get logged in as soon as servers were up. /sigh good ole ffxi......

That's rather old school. I know I'm no the same server so you probably don't want to say, but what are you camping that's worth while?

You want it to be congested since it's P2P. However it will get congested the second it goes up anyway.
