Lodestone Character Images Not Updating

Details:
The character preview has been showing the wrong model on the Lodestone despite showing the correct class and "equipped gear" in the Character profile section. The problem has persisted for roughly the past 4 days and the class has been updated multiple times, but always shows the preview of the same armor. In this screenshot you can see my class is Warrior and the gear equipped is the Level 60 poetics gear, but the display continues to show the armor from the crafting class I had last equipped a few days ago. This has persisted through multiple class changes/Lodestone updates where it shows I'm an Astrologian/Dancer/non-hand or land class, but still maintains the same preview.

Steps:
1. Whatever class was set was worn a few days ago is the preset of the Lodestone display
2. Open the Lodestone for the character
3. Attempt to change class/gear and wait for Lodestone to update
4. Lodestone updates some information, but preview remains unchanged


Attempted Fixes:
Waiting for Lodestone to refresh with new data from game - no change
Updating browser and refreshing the page - no change
Refreshing/clearing cache/cookies - no change

Date & Time:
Around 6/28/2024, but not positive as it may have started earlier than that as I hadn't changed from my crafting class to notice the inaccuracy before that date.

I have also had the same issue I'm stuck on my white mage glam from a few days ago.

I've been noticing the same thing as well.. When I look at the gear my character is supposed to be wearing, it actually shows the correct gear that the character currently has equipped. But the image isn't matching what the pieces say she should be wearing. Instead, it looks like the same gear that I logged out of game wearing right before maintenance (June 26)

Still broken for me, outfit preview is still stuck on a glam from last week.

the thing that gets me is that looking at the gear that says is equipped looks correct... it's just the picture that doesn't match what the gear set says

It is taking longer than normal but it is a new expac with a larger database of gear and new dye mechanics as you can see my avatar has changed to viper.

Still not fixed for me. The image is still only updating after a few days despite the Class, Level, and Gear in the Character Profile updating correctly. Currently my character is wearing the level 60 Machinist gear that I'd replaced a few days ago for the 70 gear, however it says that I'm currently a level 39 Ninja despite the character preview clearly holding a Machinist's gun.

So still having same issue as my original post. I also understand it's a new expac and delays/problems will arise, but this is the place to report Website Bugs so that's what I'm doing so the problem can have eyes on it.

Came here to report this. Lodestone does update the actual gear equipped, but it does not show the correct gear in the image of my character. The image hasn't updated for several days.
