7.0: Small typing error in tooltip for Black Mage's "Thunder Mastery III" Trait

This trait upgrades Thunder III into High Thunder and Thunder IV into High Thunder II; but the tooltip reads:

"Upgrades Thunder to High Thunder and Thunder IV to High Thunder IV."
